This is the final segment. It starts off with a small clip from my video of three years ago since the focusing is better. I also mention placing your tray in the mouth, for how long, cleaning afterwords, and closing the syringe and storage.

@rafircas You must remember, bleaching by way of a tray takes longer, but the results can last longer also. Just keep using it and try overnight if you can. The bleach is active for more than 1 hour, but usually 1 hour is the minimum. If you get teeth sensitivity, you can take a day off. Initially stay away from foods and drinks that can stain and be sure to brush your teeth before bleaching, not after.

@rafircas Alot depends on why your teeth are stained and how old you are. Some stains take longer to bleach out. Age is a big factor as the older you are the longer it takes for the bleach to be absorbed into the enamel. It took me about 3-4 weeks, but I found when I slept overnight with the bleach in the trays, it went faster.

hey, thanks for the vid, question.
i got one of those perfecta whitening gels 21%. the dental hygienist told me to put it on for an hour for 2 weeks. it did not give me the results i was hoping it would. how long does it actually take till i get the results?
would it harm me if i let it stay on my teeth for more than an hour? (all the sites say it should stay about only an hour)
