I used to have beautiful white teeth like the movie stars and since having braces on for 2 yrs, they have somewhat discoloured and now have an off colour that the dentist cant do anything about. I dont smoke or drink so thats not the cause. So does anyone have any suggestions how to get them white again?
I got Zoom a while back and though my teeth were known for being white, nothing compared to the results I got w/ it.
At the discount store they have tooth whitening kits with the gel and mouthpiece for a dollar, and then at the more higher end stores they have them there but for about 30 – 70 $ per kit, the ingredients are the same , I think ?
Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen peroxide and are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries but certain precautions have to be taken. I found the information at http://www.aches.in/toothwhitening.html
When I received my kit a month ago, they told me about all sorts of awful things it might do to my teeth and/or gums… interesting that they chose to divulge this information AFTER i had paid my $500 and had the impressions taken of my teeth, blah blah blah. Anyway, so now I’ve been avoiding actually doing the bleaching, out of fear of damage/pain, and/or doing it wrong (and thus increasing damage/pain). Anyone had any problems? Also, if you did it overnight, did it cause problems like gagging or drooling?
Any tips appreciated… thanks!
I did the dentist home bleaching kit and it worked well for me. I do get teeth sensitiviy when i wear them all night. But you can also wear them for a couple hours a day if it bothers you to wear them all night.
anybody who got their teeth bleach by a dentist, please answer.
Many dentists offer payment options. Care credit is a popular one that allows monthly payments.
where i can get teeth whitening information for the best teeth whitening products?
If you want to whiten your teeth. You can ask your dentist about having them whitened. It cost about $500.00 or try dazzle white, it works really great to get white teeth and the best thing you can try it for free. Visit this site, if you interested to learn more about it

I have tried the Crest Whitestrips (Premium, I believe), and they worked great as far as whitening goes. I now would like to try something different, mainly because the strips would slip off my teeth very easily and left white stains on my gums. Also, they left my gums very sensitive, and every time I would brush my teeth, my gums would bleed! If there are any whitening strips on the market that whiten fast but do not leave my gums in pain, please let me know.
If your looking for whitening Strips then The Alta teeth whitening product is the best choice

You’ll get a white and bright smile by using it couple times
well, it depends on the colour of the tea.
for the first week and a half after bleaching, i suggest sticking to white foods (potato, water, sprite, apple, etc)
hope your teeth turned out white and beautiful! :]
My orthodontist told me the other day while I was having my braces tightened that I do have decalcification/scars. While I know that they are NON-reversible, a dental hygenist friend of mine told me that next year when I get my braces off just get my teeth bleached? Will that blend the scars in or just make them whiter?ANYONE OUT THERE WITH SCARS FROM BRACES!
There is a new creme toothpaste over the counter for decalcification marks. Also ask your dental hygienist about new gels that are coming out all the time for that problem. I’ve been out of the field for 2yrs and the last one was Omni gel it worked great, patients got great results. First fix the decalcification then bleach if necessary.
