How long do the effects of a dentist teeth bleaching kit last?

Two years ago my denist sold me "Colgate Platinum Gentle Plus’, this year it’s ACP Day White.

I found the results better with Colgate Platinum.

Most of the bleaching products on the market today are relatively stable with little to know relapse.
