   Does whitening toot paste count or does it have bleach in it? I personally like the "vivid white" by Crest, but it may have bleach. Good luck!

   after brushing your teeth using toothpaste-dip your tooth brush into some baking powder then brush over your teeth like you would brushing with toothpaste rinse your mouth with water same way you brush using toothpaste-this will make your teeth sparkeling

   INGREDIENTS: hydrogen peroxide
   INSTRUCTIONS: Twice a day, I swish my teeth with hydrogen peroxide for about 1 minute. Then I brush my teeth as usual. I could not believe
   the quick results I got! So much whiter! I got my husband to do this also (he just stopped smoking) and those brown stains on his teeth are almost all gone after one week!

   Colgate Luminous toothpaste works really good. and it doesn’t make your teeth sensitive. I had that problem when using other whitening toothpastes.

   CREST WHITENING STRIPS!

   they are the shizz

   also u can use whitening toothpaste which only helps a little
   but crest whitening strips are amazing!

   first, rinse your mouth for a full minute with Listerine Whitening… i have just begun to use this product, and after only the first time I used it, I was already seeing incredible results! Granted it doesn’t taste very good, but the horrid taste is worth it! After you do this, brush your teeth as normal, preferably with a whitening toothpaste. Most whitening toothpastes do not actually whiten, but I have found 2 that actually do work, however they are a bit pricier than other whitening toothpastes. Crest Vivid White works well, with it’s dual formula that doesn’t combine until you actually put it on your brush, however the bottle is very small, and it’s kind of expensive. Aquafresh White and Shine is by far the best toothpaste!! It has a very fresh minty taste and instantly makes your teeth white and shiny!!

   Also, make sure you brush up around your gumline… no matter how white the bottom of your teeth get, it will be ruined by a yellow upper
