i would brush with baking soda, but also buy crest white strips premium, they work extremley well and fast too. getting them whitened at the dentist is very pricy, and you can get the same results at home.

the best solution i have come across are the teeth whitening tips. Its the closest thing to what the dentist use. its a powder you apply on your teeth using tips, which removes stains and such. i used it for a week with good results
