baking soda isnt that bad, it is ‘baking soda’ as its an ingredients used a lot for example i used it in my homemade muffins the other day! I do suppose on its own its a little more intense put people comsume it so its not wuite like acid in your mouth! LOL

Your supposed to add a small amount of water, this activates the baking soda, (which this video fails to inform) which is the ingridients sodium bicarbonate which will do the job. It will then be a paste. You will then have ‘toothey paste’ and not a dry powder cotton mouth!
