yeah! NEVER brush …
yeah! NEVER brush your teeth before applying any whitening kit! It does create microscopic cuts in your gums and they will become white because of the peroxide!!! I did it when i applied the rembrandt whitening kit, and my gums had white spots! lol! they gi away, but it still burns for a few days! Plus it causes more sensitivity!

@MandKK whitening gels also have an affect on the glue your braces are held on with, I can only whiten my top teeth as i have a brace on the bottom. consult your orthodontist if your unsure

ok do you use manual toothbrush those do more harm to your teath then good, and if you whiter teeth you should get an eletrical tooth brush those take out the yellow out of your sexy teeth instead of paying 40 dollars for it, or you can try a method that dentist approve, using baking soda with water and toothbrush rinse the toothbrush on that baken soda, and quickly but gently and yet sexy brush your teath for about 2 minutes, that will give you a white smile guaranteed.
