Teeth Whitener and Teeth Whitening Kits do they Work?
My upper teeth have went a little yellow and I was wondering if any of these teeth whitener kits work?
I have seen the ones with the lights and it just looks to crazy, how can a blue light make your teeth whiter?
Also can anyone recommend a good teeth whitening kit?

Mine were pretty yellow too, and I felt so embarrassed every time I smiled. So, I tried a bunch of different things and really like the at-home whitening kits the best. The kits are really easy to use and work great. They also fit into my budget a lot better than getting the same kind of treatment in my dentist’s office.
I tried out a few different types of kits. One of them was the type that uses trays. You put bleaching gel into the trays, and they are worn over your teeth for about an hour. My teeth did get whiter, but the extreme tooth sensitivity was unbearable. I couldn’t even open my mouth to talk! And this was a method that my dentist helped me with! I also had to repeat it about three times.
Another option is using the teeth whitening strips that you see at the grocery store. These actually work pretty well too, but you have to wear them for about an hour, and they slide around in your mouth. These were too inconvenient for me.
