  3. Try Crest White Strips. I’ve been using arm and hammer tooth paste and I have seen a slight difference. My next step is the Crest strips. Peroxide helps too. They also say lemons help. Good luck!

  4. You can try the store brand teeth whiteners such as Target brand or Longs/CVS brand. They’re cheaper and seem to work just as effectively. Wal Mart doesn’t have store brand but they still have teeth whitening kits that run for about the same amount of money. They all run between $12 and $40.

    I think Crest is what I recommend most. It lasts up to 6 months and is the happy medium between cheap and expensive.

    My mom was a huge coffee drinking and she used Colegate Oxy something and it whited her teeth. Also, Aquafresh and Arm & Harmer work. I like Arm & Harmer. Baking soda is a great teeth whitener.

  6. Brushing your teeth after every meal will prevent your teeth from getting any worse. And of course keeping away from coffee, tea and smoking will help too. ;-)

    The crest whitening strips work pretty good. I notice a difference the first few times I used it, but the more I used them though the less difference I saw.

    As far as the whitening tooth paste and mouth washes, they don’t seem to do anything at all.

    What worked the best for me was this mail order stuff from teethwhiten.com, it worked really quickly. They had a free sample offer so you can try it out and see how it works for yourself.
