use colgate total and sprinkle arm and hammer over the toothpaste lightly.

sodium chloride mixed into a paste with baking soda brush onto teeth then brush with normal toothpaste straight after comes up a treat.

you can get sodium chloride from most pharmacy’s its cheap too only a couple of pence.
