Oh yeah, quality whitening strips do have some effect as well. After visiting the dentist and brushing your teeth properly, put on the strips at night before bed. When you wake up, take them off and brush. You will see a positive difference. Everything else is common sense.

I just tested putting a gulp of hydrogen peroxide in my mouth (the brown bottle) and let it sit there for ten minutes, I noticed Some parts of my gum odly turned white and parts of my gum burned and the end of my tounge became raw, But my teeth do have a noticably white kind of texture to them, dude to be honest, Just buy some 25 dollar white strips at walmart, trust me they work, GOOD. If you follow the instructions, they are awesome.
