First of all, dont use backing soda!!! A lot of people suggest that and it really works but destroys your dental enamel at the same time! Use a professsional bleaching solution instead or go to your dentist. I had good experience with Idol White, they even offer a free trial, so you can test it out for free and see if it works for you!
