   I used to use …
   I used to use something like that, but I quite, it was nasty, it was just too bothersome, and frankly it wasn’t natural, so now, like I always did, I brush my teeth like a sensable human being (whatever that is)

   I tried it but …
   I tried it but really didn’t need it. I drink a lot of coffee so felt obligated till I found out it erodes the outer enamel of teeth–which dentists love because you then have to see them more often.

    Thanks. I know a woman who bleached her teeth and they looked great but it didn’t take long for coffee to stain her teeth since the bleaching ruins the outer enamel and actually creates more pockets for particulates to get into. Also increases cavities. My ex is a dental hygienist and they are seeing a lot of people complaining about how worse their teeth are if they stop using the process.

    I brush three times …
    I brush three times a day and rines with mouthwash. It’s worked for me. Those simple habits put dentists out of business.

    Bleaching teeth? what the heck? Is that even safe?

    I remember watching a show on tv a few years ago where a guy accidentally put bleach in his eye because someone else had put it in his eyedrop container.
