If I bleach my teeth, how long does it last and can my fillings also be bleached?

I had tooth decay at the upper portion of my teeth near the gums and they were filled in with a color just a bit whiter than my teeth. If my teeth are bleached, can they bleach the fillings as well? And how does bleaching work? Are they just temporarily whitened, even with thorough brushing? Thanks.

Bleaching won’t bleach the fillings.

Maybe try hydrogen peroxide from WalMart or a drugstore. It only costs like 50 cents. Mix a little water with it in a glass and swish and hold in your mouth for a few minutes then spit out.

Those bleaching gels are too expensive and use hyrdrogen peroxide anyway so why not just use real hyrdogen peroxide?

  2. well i’ve tried a few teeth whitening products in the past but recentlyi got a free trial of this one called idol white go here and get one http://www.squidoo.com/NEW_Idol_white_review its made my teeth so much whiter bleach will only damage your teeth so it wont be a lasting whiteness
