Should I brush my teeth with toothpaste after or before I brush it with teeth bleach?

Its called Plus white 5 minute Bleach whitening gel….. And I can use it with a tray,a tooth brush,or cotton swab…. I use it with a tooth brush and its a bleaching gel.

Personally, I think you should brush your teeth with toothpaste before using teeth bleach. Toothpaste will get rid of gunk on your teeth which will get bleached if left on them. Also, if you bleach before toothpaste, you will just brush off the bleach and defeat the purpose. My answer: toothpaste first, bleach last.

Before.
Gotta get all the germs and plaque off your teeth before you use the teeth bleach.
The teeth bleach wont do anything harmful to your teeth if that’s what you were so worried about.

I’ve used white strips and I used them after brushing so you can remove any extra debris to get them whiter…but I had to stop after about five days..my teeth became too sensitive to the bleach.

so long as youre using a proper dental bleach (NOT household bleach!) I’d brush beforehand…
