For white light tooth whitening… add baking soda to your toothpaste when you’re brushing your teeth, it may taste gross but it whitens them up – it takes a few months to see anything but it should work. The issue with this is the result. It’s not going to be considerably white. If you want it "good" white, you need an alternative like the teeth whitening kits. My neighbor used it for a few days and I noticed it right away. She said she got the kit through a free trial from a website. Try the kit and if you don’t like it, stick with the baking soda for your white light tooth whitening. I’ve already got mines shipped.

try using a toothpaste that has whitening in it. when you drink dark soda's,coffee,wine ,or food with a lot of color your going to want to either rinse with water or brush after wards. these things stain teeth overtime.
