You are definitely over bleaching. You should only touch up every 2-3 months and then only once. You are doing more harm than good by over bleaching. I hope you never need a single crown or veneer done on one of your front teeth. They will not be able to match it to your adjacent teeth because of the transparency. It sounds funny, but some people will drink their coffee with a straw or sip through a coffee stirrer to cut back on staining.
