Recipe….1/2 teaspoon of baking soda..and a few drops of peroxide.
Follow with your favorite flouride toothpaste.
**Don’t forget to floss and see your dentist regularly for checkups….it’s all part of proper oral hygiene!!!***

If you use that before you go to sleep. It will clean your teeth way much better tooth paste. Plus no morning breath when you wake in the morning. A+. That stuff work great.

HP only costs abt …
HP only costs abt 60 cents a bottle. if u drink it u will throw up. the type u by at most stores is on 3% mixed with water and trace elements. there are higher concentrations. in parts of africa its about 30% and it MUST b diluted. 30% will burn ur mouth for sure! there is also “food grade” HP which does not have some of the “trace elements” in it. also HP therapy has been around for 100 years or so….do some research! ud b amazed at the many things u can do with it.

Thanks love kisses. ive used peroxide for years. also brushing ur tongue helps sooo much too. if u brush ur tongue at night then floss and brush and rinse with HP u will NOT have any morning breath. Thanks.

if you swallow a …
if you swallow a small amount accidentaly ( like when brushing your teeth) nothing happens, but if you consume a large amount it will induce vomiting. Not recommended for that use though
