    Yes, but try not to do it to often (once a week isn’t a bad idea) but it’s going to be pretty gradual, and the hydrogen peroxide might hurt your teeth, and brush softly. Any bacteria will be practically torched either on your teeth, which is fine, or on your gums, which will cause swelling, and it’s going to hurt for about a minute or so. Gargle some Prohealth mouthwash, the one with out alcohol, before you do this, and then rinse with water, then try this method.

    That’s very common, though that means there was bacteria in your mouth. The hydrogen peroxide reacts with bacteria causing an all out battle on your gums. Normally it’s used to treat open wounds, but some of the bacteria is deep in your gums, it’s got nowhere to go so it expands and hurts like hell. Neat huh! The who made this video should opened his bleepin’ mouth about that factor.

    Ok, first you need to know what a cavity is.
    It is a hole in the teeth caused by bacteria.
    If bleach enters the hole it can reach inside and it will burn. This is a bit better because it is diluted but it still will cause you pain.
