    Depending on the brand, the gourmet salt probably doesn’t have chemicals in there and they are almost never iodized. Read the label and see what’s in it…

    Not only does hydrogen peroxide have nothing to do with alcohol, it’s actually really safe to use on teeth and in the mouth. Hydrogen peroxide is frequently mixed with water to use as a mouth rinse for mouth sores, cuts, and piercings :) It doesn’t taste good, but standard hydrogen peroxide won’t hurt you! And it doesn’t burn, although it will foam and fizz.
